  2. Good Morning!

I am here today to talk about my book and some of the things I have done to get it ‘out there’. So, if anyone has any questions at all that they’d like to ask, I will be more than happy to answer.

A lot of people ask me about my book trailer as that seems to be gaining importance in book marketing.

I did the whole thing for about $400 and just used a bunch of old halloween stuff! It has been a great tool for me, firstly as a way to begin my readings and secondly as a way to gain presence on the net. When it won the Covey Awards, then it really took off, which is why the web is such a wonderful way to reach your readers.

Also, getting radio and TV exposure is a great plus, like one in which I had the honor of being compared to JK Rowling. I’ll tell you one thing, TV people love it when you bring stuff to help them fill out the shoot. For mine I brought props and my costume, the book trailer in a digital format they could easily use and I even found a location that would help set the mood. All of which made for a great interview that became much bigger than originally intended.
